TTI Bursary Management
TTI is an organization that manages bursaries on behalf of major corporations to help deserving students. TTI offers bursaries to students with the help of donations from various companies.
From the beginning of the bursary program, they work with the donating companies until the end. TTI helps bridge the gap between large companies and deserving students by understanding their business requirements and the needs of the students.

TTI bursary: Overview
TTI offers bursary programmes for undergraduate and postgraduate studies at public universities, Universities of Technology and Technical Vocational Education and Training.
TTI helps companies manage their bursaries by providing their services. The bursary is designed to give all students an equal chance to succeed, regardless of their background.
Value & Coverage
The bursary will cover the following expenses for students:
- Tuition fees
- Study Material
- Accommodation
- Monthly meal allowance and transport allowance
- The bursary provides students with mentoring, coaching and support in the form of industry coaching, training on life skills, and coaching for their future careers.
- TTI provides the necessary support to students to ensure that they are confident and ready to enter the world of work and entrepreneurship. Mentors help students identify their weak points and assist them to improve.

Criteria for TTI Bursary Eligibility
Students must meet certain criteria minimum requirements before they can apply for a bursary. The application can be rejected if the eligibility criteria are not met.
- South African citizens are required to be students
- The applicant must be enrolled or studying at a TVET or agricultural college registered with the Department of Higher Education and Training.
- Students must be Black (African or colored according to B-BBEE code), Indian, or colored.
- Students must be pursuing a first-degree qualification
- The applicant must come from a disadvantaged background/missing the middle (parents/guardians’ total income must fall between R350000 and R600000).
- You must be able to demonstrate excellent academic performance
How to Apply for the TTI Bursary
- Fill out the TTI Bursary application form.
- The form should be filled out completely and accurately. The company will reject incomplete applications
- Documents must be submitted as per the instructions of the organization
Documents required
- Documents in South Africa certified copy
- Proof of registration or acceptance form from the tertiary institute. Proof should be on the letterhead of the institution.
- Complete academic record. The student should also submit their most recent results, on the letterhead of the institution.
- The profile of the student’s head and shoulders
Additional Information
- The bursary program that best suits the student will be assigned.
- The forms will become part of a database that can be used when needed. Students may receive bursaries at various times throughout the year.
- TTI may reject applications if any documents are incomplete or missing.
